7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 7 days.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your product must meet the following conditions:
- Product must be unopened and unused
- Original packaging must be intact with all seals unbroken
- Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Product must not be damaged due to mishandling
Note: Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or partially used products
- Products with broken seals
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling
- Products returned after 7 days of delivery
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Share photos of the unopened product and packaging
- Wait for our team to review and approve your return request
- Once approved, we'll provide return shipping instructions
Return Shipping
For eligible returns:
- Defective or damaged products: We will arrange pickup at no cost to you
- Change of mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Please ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during return transit.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned product:
- We will send you an email confirming receipt
- Inspection will be completed within 2-3 business days
- If approved, refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Refund will reflect in your account within 5-7 business days
Refund Amount: Full product price will be refunded. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was defective or damaged.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery)
- Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund (including shipping)
- No need to return the damaged product unless requested
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product:
- Initiate a return for the original product
- Once refund is processed, place a new order
Cancellations
You can cancel your order before it is dispatched:

- If order hasn't been dispatched, we'll cancel and process full refund
- If order is already dispatched, standard return policy applies
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days:

- Contact your credit card company (it may take time to post)
- Contact your bank (processing time varies)
